Multigenerational Workplace
Course Overview
This program will give participants an opportunity to examine the importance of understanding the different generations in the workplace today.
Goal of Course:
The participants will learn about the general characteristics of each of the four generations and the effects of these characteristics in the workplace. Participants will then look at commonalities and differences between the generations to better understand how to be more effective in communicating with each one. Lastly, participants will develop a plan to overcome challenges in dealing with different generations and to create a more effective team.

General Methodology
Similar to any L2S training program, this program offers an interactive learning experience in which will allow the delegates to reflect on their learning through an informative, indulging, and fun classroom experience. The design of the training session focuses on the following attributes.
