Course Overview
Stress Management skills are essential for professional success in any workplace and during covid19 and after covid19. Those able to successfully implement stress management strategies are able to control their workload rather than spend each day in a frenzy of activity reacting to crisis after crisis – stress declines and personal productivity soars! These highly effective individuals are able to manage their stressors and focus on accomplishing tasks with the greatest impact to them and their organization.
Handling stress in challenging times program will cover strategies to help participants learn and implement them effectively and efficiently. Participants will be armed with skill set to handle increased stress, build their resilience, understanding how people’s mind and body react to both negative and positive environment and managing well-being of ourselves and others at the work.
Goal of Course:
This course will develop delegates’ knowledge, skills, and attitudes in the areas needed to help them enhance their workplace efficiency and juggle effectively through multiple tasks and projects in the Face of COVID-19 Pandemic while keeping a healthy and stress-free emotional wellbeing.
