Our Strategic Thinking & Planning Training Course is designed to develop a “living” Strategic Plan for the organization.
Goal of Course:
Delegates will learn how to think strategically and create and maintain a plan that the staff will understand and use to guide their future efforts. They will learn how to build a Strategic Plan that is relevant to the business and focused on the Customer which are considered the end line users.
This workshop participant should have the opportunity to take their business planning and execution to a new level and incorporate the latest in strategic management, business planning and business case assessments.
During this Strategic thinking and Business Planning Training Course, participants develop skills and understanding in identifying company values, defining the company vision, conducting SWOT analysis, creating a strategic plan, implementing and evaluating a strategic plan, using strategy maps and balanced scorecards, and more.
The Strategic Thinking & Planning Training Course is designed to provide participants with a current understanding of strategic planning and knowing how to effectively analyze and apply knowledge for effective strategic thinking and planning skills. It provides a comprehensive understanding of strategic planning. It brings together various models for strategic planning such as Balanced Scorecard, RBM Framework, and Management by Objectives (MBO) for effective delivery of a corporate strategy.
