Training Courses for Women in Dubai:
The role of the women in business is constantly increasing. They are finding their way up in the managerial ladder and the number of women across the organization worldwide has grown rapidly in the last 40 years. This trend highlights the increasing importance of training courses for women, empowering them to navigate their career paths effectively. Women Empowerment also leads to more economic benefits in the kingdom not only to the individuals but to the society as well.
Empowering women to participate fully in economic life across all sectors is essential to build stronger economies, achieve goals for development and sustainability, and improve the quality of life for women, men, families and communities.
At the present moment, women are still dramatically underrepresented at senior levels especially in the Middle East generally. The generic cultural effect on women is still suppressing her leadership skills and ability to innovate. Empowering Women Only master classes are Women’s Leadership Programme, that will help women maintain a balance between their personal, social, and professional responsibilities.
The Empowering modules are designed to encourage Women to take action and achieve their personal and career goals offering an insight on how to be truly successful. The continuous self-development opportunities will nurture Women to develop and enhance the image of the Saudi Women around the world.
Throughout the Empowering Master Classes there will be an ongoing assessment evaluation and each Manager will have a Personal Development Plan. All material will be evaluated and assessed. On completion of all programs a certificate of competence and achievement will be given.
Throughout the year there will be assessments and awards will be given to the top talents in recognition. There will also be additional guest speakers who will attend on different session to deliver their wealth of experiences in a friendly and motivating environment.
During our training courses for women, they will have the chance to council different business and successful public figures throughout the program.
Duration:
Each Empowering programme can be in bite size modules or 2-3 day programmes, depending on the requirements. Timings and considerations will be implemented, designed and developed at the client’s request depending on needs and specific requirements.
Language – Trainers
These Empowering programmes can be delivered in English and or Arabic. An Arabic interpreter may also be available on request. Some programmes may run with 2 facilitators. All facilitators are qualified and professional in their field of business.

General Methodology
Similar to any L2S training program, this program offers an interactive learning experience in which will allow the delegates to reflect on their learning through an informative, indulging, and fun classroom experience. The design of the training session focuses on the following attributes.
