Training Development Forum Training - Leap To Success

The Training Development Forum provides the delegates with a unique opportunity to share the experience, develop their knowledge and acquire new skills in a highly interactive learning environment.

Goal of Course:

Participants of Learning and Development Forum will undertake series of learning activities that are tailored around the training competencies and the role of the trainer as a strategic business partner. Delegates will be able to share their critical success factors and their turning points through active engagements, group discussions, learning activities, and mini workshops!

Participants will have a memorable experience that will have a positive impact of their career and the way they look at their job!

It will cover the Training development and the most advanced  transformational components, therefore, you will be able to find what you are looking for.

Module Outlines

How the Day Will Look Like!

The Training Development Forum consists of a thoughtfully mixed cocktail of engaging activities,
experimental learning and hands- on challenges.

Activity 1: Build Your Castle!

Every Castle is built by hard work and commitment. All resources need to be utilized! What makes your fortress stand strong is your leadership and collective experience! Your flag has to stand tall and every person counts. This exciting activity allow the delegates to build their fortress and select their leader and present their value to the neighboring Castles. They will trade resources and exchange expertise to build the kingdom that overcomes challenges.

Activity 2: Who wants to be a Chocolatier!!

This activity is based on the live show of “Who wants to be a Millionaire” with a tweak! This activity is designed to create an engaging, challenging and fun learning environment that enforces learning and exchange of knowledge! Would we have a Chocolatier at the end? The answer for this question depends on the participants.

Activity 3: Collective Awareness

During this activity participants will engage themselves in a Q&A session related to the challenges that they are facing on day-to-day bases. By the end of the session all questions and
answered will be recorded and will be shared with all participants post the Forum.

Activity 4: Roll the Dice

What is better than monopoly, more challenging than the ladder & the snake and teasing more than scrabble? It is Roll the Dice. This is a fun challenging and competitive table-top activity! All participants will buckle-up and Roll the Dice to start the race in their team they will race to reach the cup, every time they roll the dice a new challenging mystery will be revealed! Know it or stay at the base!

Activity 5: Mount Everest

It takes a team to succeed, a determination to achieve and perseverance to surpass! this activity is based on true story where delegates will be attending a motivational session about a journey to Mount Everest which by the end of it they will identify the critical success factor and take the key benefits back to the workplace!

Face To Face Learning

Virtual Learning Labs

Interactive online learning held in real-time using Zoom and are led by international subject matter experts who incorporate case studies, breakout rooms, guided practice, simulations and discussions to maximise your learning experience.

General Methodology

Similar to any L2S training program, this program offers an interactive learning experience in which will allow the delegates to reflect on their learning through an informative, indulging, and fun classroom experience. The design of the training session focuses on the following attributes.
