Our methodology for conducting a TNA at Leap to Success begins by reviewing your current performance, and then planning a custom solution by conducting a random survey, focus groups, and interviews. This forms the basic building block of organizational efficiency.

We then use the same methods of surveys, focus groups and interviews to assess the performance of the proposed solution. After that a complete analysis of the historical data shaping your industry is undertaken through professional surveys using a wide range of web-based survey tools. Then, job descriptions are shared and reviewed, and specifications of a certain task or goal are laid out. Once they’re set out, we tailor our solutions to help you grow and succeed with us.

Upon the completion of the TNA, we develop the necessary training contents to address the wanted skills. In this phase, we consolidate the required skills and knowledge into suitable learning modules before preparing the complete versions along facilitator guidelines.
