Valeriya has a diversified scope of expertise in different segments, starting from her role as a teacher, coach and mentor in the school of foreign languages, heading by operational experience in the most renowned hotel group Jumeirah LLC, followed by Customer Service and Quality Control leadership role in the leading service provider and destination management company KUONI LLC where she established the foundation for customer service standards that lead to improvement of NPS by +10% from the first year of joining the company. With her continuous strong commitment to customer excellence and quality consistency, Valeriya discovered her passion in learning & development that she succeeded in accomplishing in her role as Training and Talent Manager in The H Hotels Resorts and Management LLC with portfolio of 5 star boutique hotels such as The H Dubai, The H Resort Beau Vallon Beach, Seychelles, the CentreVille Hotel & Experiences hotel in Podgorica, Montenegro, the Villa Diyafa Boutique Hotel & Spa Rabat, Morocco, BVLGARI Hotel, London.
Developing further as a senior L&D leader for the biggest cluster of Accor Hotels in the Middle East & Africa with 1000+ employees where she initiated a wide range of learning and development strategies that improved productivity of employees by 15% within the first year of RPS and GSS score results, created a base for succession planning within the cluster, as well as strong leadership development platform that increased Gallup Survey engagement score by +7%.
Valeriya is highly skilled in curriculum design, adult learning theories, training technologies, virtual and face-to-face facilitation, content development and LMS. Expert ability to lead project teams and translate employee development behaviours into highimpact learning designs, curriculum, tools, and workshops to create an internal knowledge transfer.
