COURSE OVERVIEW
This Corporate Finance Workshop is for the financial manager, designed to develop a student’s ability to apply a variety of financial calculations to a range of business problems, including capital budgeting decisions, management of funds, security analysis and the financial implications of various kinds of investment, financing and dividend decisions.
Goals of Corporate Finance Workshop:
During the 5 days corporate finance training you will:
- Evaluate investment decisions using capital budgeting techniques.
- Calculate and interpret the cost of capital of a corporation.
- Evaluate alternative sources of financing and the impact on capital structure and risk.
- Determine the value of securities in capital markets and apply statistical measures to measure risk and return of both individual securities as well as a portfolio of securities.
Evaluate capital structure decisions.
